Phoenix Education Partners has lowered its fiscal 2026 net revenue guidance to a range of $1.02 billion to $1.025 billion, citing transitional impacts from AI-driven changes in digital enrollment strategies, while raising its adjusted EBITDA outlook to between $246 million and $250 million. The company also announced a collaboration with OpenAI that will provide eligible students with access to ChatGPT and advance AI-powered learning and research. For the third quarter, net revenue was $271.8 million and net income attributable to Phoenix Education Partners was $39.2 million, or $1.01 per diluted share. Employer-supported enrollment rose to 36% of the total, up from 33% a year ago, and the company highlighted a 98% employer satisfaction rate with University of Phoenix graduates. The board approved a $50 million stock repurchase program and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share.
