Prosus N.V.Prosus launches ToqanClaw, a new AI platform for its network, and announces Zapia AI assistant, showcasing product innovation.

Prosus has introduced ToqanClaw, a platform that enables its network of over 5 million restaurants, merchants and entrepreneurs to create apps, dashboards and automations simply by describing what they need. Built in-house and integrated with Prosus’s own AI platform Toqan, the tool brings OpenClaw-inspired capabilities into a secure environment where user data is never used to train third-party models. CEO Fabricio Bloisi said the company spent 18 months building the underlying AI infrastructure, which already powers 60,000 agents and 10,000 applications internally. Early adopters include Dutch café chain Lebkov & Sons, which cut financial reporting from weeks to 30 minutes and achieved 40% year-on-year revenue growth, and Burger & Frites, which built a delivery analytics agent that increased deliveries by 25%, reduced overtime by 60%, and saves €21,000 a month. Prosus also announced Zapia, an AI life assistant already used by over 6 million consumers, which can handle multi-step tasks like booking a restaurant and coordinating group votes via WhatsApp.
