Summary · why it matters

Quick Transformation Public Company Limited, or QUICK, is preparing to list on the Market for Alternative Investment, or mai, by the end of this year after receiving approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to offer 32 million newly issued ordinary shares to the general public in its initial public offering. Chief Executive Officer Paisan Saelee said the company aims to become a full-service digital systems consulting and installation provider covering IT, OT and AI, with an ERP system on Microsoft Dynamics 365 at its core. ERP accounts for roughly 85% of total revenue, of which about 50% is recurring revenue from software licenses and system maintenance and about 50% comes from software installation and customisation services. For its 2025 performance, QUICK reported total revenue of 301 million baht and net profit of 52 million baht, representing a three-year compound annual growth rate of approximately 14.6% and 22.8% respectively. In the first half of 2026, total revenue was 167 million baht and net profit was 34 million baht, growing about 27% and 105% compared with the same period a year earlier. The company sees AI and digital platforms as a new growth engine, amid a Thai ERP market expected to grow about 18% per year through 2030, and it aims within three to five years after listing to elevate itself into a digital transformation consultancy covering IT, OT and AI, while expanding its business through dealers and partners.

Wolters Kluwer Adds Kluwer Law International Content to Libra AI Workspace in 11 European Countries

Wolters Kluwer has added Kluwer Law International content to its Libra legal AI workspace for users in 11 European countries, giving Libra subscribers access to specialist international legal expertise within the same AI-driven environment. The company's Tax & Accounting division also introduced a Designated Vendor Integrator Key for CCH Axcess to manage third-party technology integrations more securely. Wolters Kluwer is a €15.2 billion professional services group focused on information and software tools for lawyers and accountants, and the company said the two moves sit squarely in its core workflow software and data products for professionals across Europe and beyond. The company said the update supports the view that its AI-infused cloud platforms can deepen customer reliance and support recurring revenue quality, with each extra content set or integration making it harder and costlier for law and accounting firms to switch providers. A datapoint to watch is how much of Libra's and CCH Axcess's customer base activates these new capabilities in the next set of segment disclosures and commentary around the 2026 full year results.

San Juan Regional Medical Center Deploys Oracle Health Tools to Streamline Patient Flow

San Juan Regional Medical Center has implemented several new Oracle Health solutions to streamline patient flow, improve bed management, and enhance operational visibility, the organizations announced September 18, 2026. The independent, community-owned nonprofit system, which serves the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah, adopted Oracle Health Command Center Dashboard, Oracle Health Patient Flow, and Oracle Health Transfer Center, building on its long-time use of Oracle Health clinical and revenue cycle solutions, with Optum supporting the implementation. One month after go-live, bed-assignment time fell 38.9%, from 54.00 minutes to 33.00 minutes, while environmental services response time dropped 48.5%, from 49.67 minutes to 25.56 minutes, exceeding the organization's established target, and environmental services clean-completion time improved 1.2% and continues to trend positively. John Gaede, CIO of San Juan Regional Medical Center, said the long-standing collaboration with Oracle Health provided a strong foundation for the next step in enhancing patient flow and operational coordination, and Carlo Hallak, MD, physician informatics executive, said the new solutions equip clinical and operational teams with a more connected view of operations. Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Health and Life Sciences, said health systems need a clear, real-time view of their operations, and Lou DiLorenzo, CEO of Optum Advisory, said technology transformation is most successful when paired with operational expertise and a clear focus on the care journey.

Freight Technologies Launches AI POD Validation for Fleet Rocket TMS

Freight Technologies, Inc. announced the launch of AI POD Validation, a new artificial intelligence module within its Fleet Rocket Transportation Management System that automatically reads and verifies proof-of-delivery documents and flags those that do not meet validation requirements. Developed by the company's in-house AI Lab, the module uses computer vision and machine learning to detect signatures and stamps, extracts text through structured optical character recognition, and matches the data against shipment records, returning a verdict of Approved, Review or Rejected along with a confidence score and supporting evidence. The company said the tool reduces the manual workload on every completed shipment, and Chief Executive Officer Javier Selgas described proof-of-delivery review as one of the most repetitive, expensive and error-prone tasks in freight operations. AI POD Validation is available to Fleet Rocket customers as part of the Enterprise version and joins the AI Tendering Bot and the Zayren.ai integration within the platform. Freight Technologies said it expects to extend the same document-intelligence approach to other freight documents, including carrier invoices and bills of lading, as part of its transition to a software-first, SaaS-based business serving the U.S.–Mexico corridor.
