ReElement Technologies Corporation, a rare earth element and critical mineral refining company majority-owned by American Resources Corp, has added 13 professionals to support the commissioning and scaling of its refining platform. The new hires span plant operations, engineering, maintenance, laboratory sciences, finance and process optimization, and are aimed at supporting commissioning of the company's refining campus in Marion, Indiana, as well as ReElement's strategy of expanding production capacity in line with commercial customer demand. Among the additions are Luis Garza, a maintenance manager with nearly 30 years of experience, Anastasiia Natova, who brings more than a decade of experience building industrial systems, Emma Kerr, an industrial engineer who delivered more than $1 million in continuous-improvement savings in a prior role, Silvia Vargas, whose research at Purdue University focused on separating and recovering rare earth elements, and Sara Tanner, a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with more than eight years of public accounting experience.
