Relay Therapeutics IncSelected triplet for Phase 3 and positive Phase 1/2 data in vascular anomalies.

Relay Therapeutics has selected the combination of zovegalisib plus atirmociclib as its go-forward triplet regimen for first-line breast cancer, with a Phase 3 trial in endocrine-sensitive patients expected to begin in early 2027 pending regulatory feedback. The company also presented initial positive clinical data from the Phase 1/2 ReInspire trial of zovegalisib in vascular anomalies at the ISSVA World Congress 2026, where 60% of patients achieved a volumetric response at 12 weeks, and opened expansion cohorts. Relay continues to execute the ongoing Phase 3 ReDiscover-2 trial of zovegalisib plus fulvestrant in second-line breast cancer. As of June 30, 2026, the company held approximately $911 million in cash, cash equivalents and investments, which it expects will fund operations into 2029. Net loss for the second quarter was $83.7 million, or $0.41 per share, compared to a net loss of $70.4 million, or $0.41 per share, in the same period last year.
