Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev said the Trump administration has been great for crypto but stressed the need for durable regulatory foundations so rules do not shift every four or eight years. Speaking on the company's second-quarter earnings call, Tenev called the Clarity Act an important step that could boost offerings under development, including tokenized stocks. Robinhood posted record quarterly revenue of $1.3 billion, with transaction-based revenue up 44% year-over-year to $776 million, though cryptocurrency revenue fell 38%. The company recently launched Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 for tokenized stock trading and decentralized finance, which has attracted over $347 million in deposits. Prediction market revenue surged tenfold to $156 million, while shares fell 1.01% after hours following a 3.15% regular-session decline to $89.84.
