SEALSQ Corp reported first-half 2026 revenue of $11.2 million, up 131% from $4.8 million a year earlier, with gross profit rising 233% to $5.4 million and gross margin expanding to approximately 48%. North America contributed $5.6 million, or 50% of revenue, EMEA $3.7 million, or 33%, and Asia Pacific $1.9 million, or 17%, while roughly $2.5 million of the half came from six months of consolidation of IC'ALPS. The company's operating loss widened to $32.2 million from $21.2 million and its net loss grew to $27.8 million from $20 million, as R&D expense climbed to $8.7 million from $4.7 million. SEALSQ reaffirmed fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $27 million to $36 million, representing roughly 50% to 100% growth over 2025 revenue of $18.3 million, and reported $486 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash as of June 30, 2026, with total liquidity of approximately $488.5 million. Chief Executive Carlos Moreira said the active commercial pipeline exceeded $225 million in potential revenue opportunity through 2029 as of September 9, 2026, including more than $100 million tied to quantum projects, and that the company has allocated $200 million to its quantum sovereign vertical stack, with more than $60 million already committed across IC'ALPS, Miraex and Quobly.
