Sena Development Public Company Limited, or SENA, together with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, has secured a loan of 1,677 million baht from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) to develop three Low Carbon condominium projects under the "COZI" brand. These projects are COZI Srinakarin 38, COZI Ram Intra – Khu Bon, and COZI Taksin – Chom Thong, with a total investment value of approximately 2,170 million baht. All three projects are part of Sena HHP Company Limited, a joint venture between SENA and Hankyu Hanshin. The loan will be used to drive the development of housing that focuses on reducing carbon emissions, aligning with SMBC's policy of supporting sustainable projects. In addition to providing the loan, SMBC also supports through business matching and other collaborations to promote the long-term growth of its clients in Thailand and internationally.
