These benefits include installment payments for reservation and contract fees via KTC credit cards at 0% interest for up to 10 months, along with 10x KTC FOREVER points, as well as special interest rates for housing loans applied through Krungthai Bank. The benefits are effective from September 1 to 30, 2026 for loans, and from September 1 to December 31, 2026 for credit card installments. This collaboration aims to reduce financial constraints and ease the initial cost burden of home buying. Participating projects include Nich Pride Ekkamai, Piti Sukhumvit 101, Flexy River View–Charoen Nakhon, Cosy Srinakarin 38, Cosy Lat Phrao 107, Cosy Taksin–Chom Thong, Sena Park Grand Ramintra 2, Sena Village Ramintra Km.9, Sena Park Ville 2 Ramintra Km.9, Sena Grand Home Rangsit–Tivanon, and Sena Grand Home Bangna Km.29.
