Silan Microelectronics has officially launched the SZ9310 three-half-bridge low-voltage motor gate driver chip, which is China's first body pre-driver chip to simultaneously obtain the highest functional safety certification from TÜV Rheinland under ISO 26262 ASIL-D and the highest temperature range automotive reliability certification under AEC-Q100 Grade 0. The chip supports a three-half-bridge topology, can drive six external power NMOS transistors, and integrates full-coverage hardware diagnostic circuits and layered fault protection logic, meeting the safety design requirements of vehicle-level ASIL-D systems. It is suitable for functionally safety-critical components such as electric power steering and vehicle braking systems. Leveraging its fully self-developed core technologies, the company addresses the domestic supply gap for high functional safety level body driver chips and breaks through a key link in the domestic substitution of high-end automotive pre-driver chips. Silan Microelectronics is steadily advancing its high functional safety product line and will soon launch multiple ISO 26262 ASIL-B/D grade devices, including companion PMICs for the SZ9310, automotive eFuses, body IMU attitude sensors, and other multi-category chips, creating a complete domestic high-safety automotive chip solution.
