Sinosteel Engineering told institutional investors during a conference call on August 28 that in the first half of 2026, the company secured new contracts worth 11.037 billion yuan, an increase compared with the same period last year, mainly due to a significant rise in domestic new contracts. The company said overseas geopolitical uncertainty remains considerable, and it will continue to actively expand in overseas markets and strive for breakthroughs in the second half of the year. As of the first half, the expected revenue from the unfinished portions of projects that have taken effect and are under execution is about 35.6 billion yuan.
