SiriusPoint has appointed Mark Aspinall as Head of its new Fine Art & Specie team, effective January 2027. Based in London and reporting to Global Head of Marine Chris Fenn, Aspinall will establish the offering and build a disciplined portfolio across high-value asset risks including fine art institutions, galleries, private collections, luxury retailers, auction houses, and secure transportation providers. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the Lloyd’s and London insurance markets, most recently serving as Senior Underwriter for Fine Art & Specie at Liberty Specialty Markets. The move follows recent hires for SiriusPoint’s new Crisis Solutions team, which focuses on war, political violence, and terrorism risks.
