SISB reported its second quarter 2026 results with total revenue of 638.2 million baht, up 2.4% from the same period last year, and net profit of 200.3 million baht, maintaining a net margin of 31.4%. In the first half, total revenue was 1,275.3 million baht, net profit was 416 million baht, and net margin was 32.6%. The company adjusted its student target for the end of 2026 to 4,600 from the previous 4,800, and aims to maintain a full-year net margin close to 31%. It is also proceeding with school expansion by opening Marina Singapore International School, its seventh international school, with a capacity target of 1,200 students, a budget of 400 million baht, and an opening date of August 2027. Tuition will be about 40% lower than the main brand to tap into new markets. Meanwhile, the company has a total investment plan of 735 million baht to add 1,800 seats and develop an AI curriculum to support PISA 2029.
