WEH sells out 7,000 million baht bond issue; TPS launches TALLI; SISB expands with its 7th international school

WEH successfully sold out its bond issue worth a total of 7,000 million baht, comprising four tranches of both general bonds and green bonds at Investment Grade level. Kiatnakin Phatra Securities acted as the underwriter, while Kiatnakin Phatra Bank served as the bond registrar and holder representative. The bonds were offered to institutional and high-net-worth investors and received a AAA rating with a stable outlook from TRIS Rating. Meanwhile, TPS launched the TALLI platform, a Thai-made AI built on the concept of unlocking AI for enterprises, enabling AI to access and use data within the rights, scope, and governance defined by each organization. It also serves as a gateway that helps organizations start using AI with their existing systems and data as efficiently as possible. SISB, for its part, is moving ahead with the expansion of its seventh international school under the new brand Marina Singapore International School in Pathum Thani Province, with capacity for 1,200 seats, targeting families in the Rangsit and Pathum Thani areas. It is expected to open in August 2570.
