SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited, or SJWD, announced the coupon rates for two new debenture tranches. The 3-year tranche carries a fixed coupon of 2.85% per year, with a minimum subscription of 100,000 baht and multiples of 100,000 baht, and is expected to open for subscription on 18 September and from 21 to 22 September 2026 through three financial institutions: Kasikornbank, TMBThanachart Bank, and Kiatnakin Phatra Securities. The digital debenture tranche, with a tenor of 3 years and 6 months, carries a fixed coupon of 2.95% per year, with a minimum subscription of 1,000 baht and multiples of 1,000 baht, capped at 50 million baht per single transaction, and is expected to open for subscription from 18 to 22 September 2026 exclusively through the Paotang application, by subscribing via Krungthai Bank's debenture trading wallet. Both tranches pay interest every three months throughout the life of the debentures. They are registered, unsubordinated, unsecured debentures with a debenture holders' representative, offered to general public investors. The company and the debentures have been assigned a credit rating of BBB+(tha) with a Stable outlook by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited on 2 July 2026. Dr. Eakpong Tungsrisanguan, Chief Financial Officer, said the company's main objective in issuing and offering the debentures this time is to use the proceeds to repay debt from maturing debt instruments, a roll-over. In the first six months of 2026, the company recorded profit attributable to the parent company of 739.9 million baht, up 14.2% from the same period a year earlier.
