The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is 31 August 2026, with payment on 14 September 2026. For the second quarter of 2026, the company posted net profit of 213.1 million US dollars, or approximately 6,926 million baht, down about 6.8 percent from the first quarter due to recognised oil stock losses. Adjusted net profit, excluding oil stock effects, was 221 million US dollars, or approximately 7,183 million baht, with underlying performance remaining strong on improved gross margins, higher crude intake, and lower operating expenses following completion of the planned major maintenance.
