Total revenue came in at 149.74 million baht, up 670% from a year earlier. Gross profit rose by 92.07 million baht, or 533.32%, driven mainly by the information technology business, whose gross profit increased by 89.87 million baht. For the first six months of 2026, the company recorded total revenue of 303.95 million baht, up 1,452% from the same period last year, with recurring revenue rising to 99.78% of total revenue. The company said the results reflect continued development of its technology ecosystem alongside business expansion and improved revenue quality. In 2026, the company carried out several capital structure and investment transactions, including a capital increase through a public offering of ordinary shares, the acquisition of Inventech Systems Thailand Company Limited and Nestifly Company Limited, and the establishment of Mardy Digital Company Limited. As a result, the equity-to-paid-up-capital ratio rose from 18.68% in 2025 to 33.07% in the second quarter of 2026. For the remainder of 2026, the company will continue to use its technology business as the main growth engine while seeking and evaluating new investment opportunities in the technology sector.
