Techlead Next Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides technology solutions in Thailand. It operates in two segments: Agriculture and Information Technology. Its offerings include the PromptPay payment gateway, digital marketing and communication services, and a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions and manages after-sales systems digitally, as well as custom campaigns and specialized software for various industries. The company is also involved in the plantation, extraction, processing, distribution, import, export, and agriculture of hemp and marijuana. Formerly known as Techlead NPN Public Company Limited, it changed its name to Techlead Next Public Company Limited in February 2026. Incorporated in 1987, it is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

TL reports Q2 profit surge of 104 million baht, revenue up 670%

Techlead Next Public Company Limited, or TL, reported second-quarter 2026 net profit of 81.22 million baht, an improvement of 104.07 million baht from the same period last year, when it posted a net loss of about 22.85 million baht. Total revenue came in at 149.74 million baht, up 670% from a year earlier. Gross profit rose by 92.07 million baht, or 533.32%, driven mainly by the information technology business, whose gross profit increased by 89.87 million baht. For the first six months of 2026, the company recorded total revenue of 303.95 million baht, up 1,452% from the same period last year, with recurring revenue rising to 99.78% of total revenue. The company said the results reflect continued development of its technology ecosystem alongside business expansion and improved revenue quality. In 2026, the company carried out several capital structure and investment transactions, including a capital increase through a public offering of ordinary shares, the acquisition of Inventech Systems Thailand Company Limited and Nestifly Company Limited, and the establishment of Mardy Digital Company Limited. As a result, the equity-to-paid-up-capital ratio rose from 18.68% in 2025 to 33.07% in the second quarter of 2026. For the remainder of 2026, the company will continue to use its technology business as the main growth engine while seeking and evaluating new investment opportunities in the technology sector.

SET removes CS sign from TL shares after company submits all revised financial statements

The Stock Exchange of Thailand has removed the CS sign from the securities of Techlead Next Public Company Limited, or TL, effective from 21 July 2026, after the company submitted all revised financial statements. These include the annual financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2023 and the third quarter financial statements ending 30 September 2024. The removal follows the criteria set when a listed company submits all revised financial statements, resulting in TL shares being free from the CS sign from that date onwards.
