Thai Oil Public Company LimitedThai Oil Public Company Limited, or TOP, has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that two company directors have resigned from their positions due to other commitments, effective from 1 October 2026 onwards. The resigning directors are Ms. Phatralada Ngamseang, who served as a director and chairman of the risk management committee, and Mr. Chadil Chuanalikhit, who served as a director and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee. The company reported the changes to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 22 September 2026.
