BlackRock IncBlackRock's Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) and Ethereum ETF (ETHA) saw inflows, ending an outflow streak, which is positive for its asset management business.

US Bitcoin spot ETFs and Ethereum spot ETFs recorded combined net inflows of 281.8 million dollars over the five trading days through July 10, ending an eight-week streak of net outflows that had persisted since early May. Bitcoin spot ETFs saw weekly net inflows of roughly 197.4 million dollars, reversing a trend that had seen about 8.26 billion dollars flow out over the prior eight weeks. Ethereum spot ETFs also posted net inflows of approximately 84.4 million dollars, marking their first weekly inflow since early May as well. However, the reversal in fund flows was limited, with Bitcoin ETFs recovering only about 2.4 percent of the prior eight-week outflows and Ethereum ETFs about 7 percent. Among individual products, Friday's inflows into Bitcoin ETFs were concentrated in BlackRock's IBIT and VanEck's HODL, while for Ethereum ETFs, BlackRock's ETHA and Fidelity's FETH recorded inflows. Meanwhile, trading activity was subdued, with weekly trading volume for Bitcoin ETFs at roughly 8.41 billion dollars, the lowest for a normal five-trading-day week since October 2024, and Ethereum ETF volume at about 2.05 billion dollars, the lowest since May 2025.
