Venture Global reported second-quarter 2026 earnings of 51 cents per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 49 cents by 4.08% and up 264.3% from 14 cents a year earlier, while quarterly revenues rose 47.6% year over year to $4.58 billion and topped the consensus estimate of $4.50 billion. LNG volumes sold increased 41.7% year over year to 466.4 trillion British thermal units from 329.2 TBtu, with exported LNG volumes up 44.6% to 478.3 TBtu, as Plaquemines accounted for 90 of the quarter's 127 cargoes and Calcasieu Pass contributed 37. Income from operations climbed 110.8% year over year to $2.19 billion, consolidated adjusted EBITDA rose 78.8% to $2.49 billion at a 54% margin, and net income attributable to common stockholders was $1.35 billion versus $368 million a year earlier. Venture Global raised its 2026 consolidated adjusted EBITDA guidance to $8.70-$9.10 billion from $8.20-$8.50 billion, assuming a fixed liquefaction fee of $12.50-$13.50 per million British thermal units for remaining unsold cargoes, and expects 500-518 cargoes in 2026. The board also raised the quarterly dividend 122% to 4 cents per share, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 15, after refinancing $5.30 billion of capital since the start of the second quarter for more than $100 million of expected annual interest and coupon savings.
