VisionWave Holdings has entered into a definitive binding agreement to acquire a 51% controlling interest in Israeli aerospace and defense company Meteor Aerospace. The deal values Meteor at a pre-money equity valuation of $40 million, with VisionWave issuing approximately $20.4 million in common stock for the stake. Closing is subject to conditions including successful flight validation of Meteor's Impact-700 unmanned aerial platform and completion of due diligence. Meteor, founded by former Israel Aerospace Industries CEO Itzhak Nissan, brings a portfolio spanning tactical and strategic UAVs, unmanned ground and surface vehicles, loitering munitions, electronic warfare, and C4ISR systems. VisionWave expects to appoint a majority of Meteor's board and integrate its technologies into a broader defense platform, with Nissan continuing as Chief Technology Director.
