H1 net income and EPS rose, and 2026 guidance confirmed.

Vonovia reported first-half profit to shareholders of 947.3 million euros, up from 802.4 million euros a year earlier. Earnings per share rose to 1.06 euros from 0.97 euros, while adjusted shareholder earnings declined to 771.6 million euros from 811.5 million euros. Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.4% to 1.46 billion euros, or 6.4% on a pro forma basis excluding a prior-year land sale. The company confirmed its 2026 guidance, with adjusted EBITDA Total still expected between 2.95 billion and 3.05 billion euros and adjusted shareholder earnings between 1.4 billion and 1.5 billion euros, and said its medium-term objectives for 2028 remain unchanged.
