Vonovia SE is an integrated residential real estate company operating in Europe through its Rental, Value-Add, Recurring Sales, and Development segments. It provides property management and property-related services, as well as value-added services such as maintenance and modernization, craftsmen and residential environment organization, multimedia, energy supply, metering, condominium administration, and insurance. The company also sells individual condominiums and single-family houses, and engages in project development to build new homes, including construction of owner-occupied and rented apartments, sale of projects to investors, and construction on existing land in its portfolio. Formerly Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE, it changed its name to Vonovia SE in August 2015; it was founded in 1998, incorporated on October 10, 2017, and is headquartered in Bochum, Germany.

Vonovia H1 Net Income Rises to 947.3 Million Euros, Confirms 2026 Guidance

Vonovia reported first-half profit to shareholders of 947.3 million euros, up from 802.4 million euros a year earlier. Earnings per share rose to 1.06 euros from 0.97 euros, while adjusted shareholder earnings declined to 771.6 million euros from 811.5 million euros. Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.4% to 1.46 billion euros, or 6.4% on a pro forma basis excluding a prior-year land sale. The company confirmed its 2026 guidance, with adjusted EBITDA Total still expected between 2.95 billion and 3.05 billion euros and adjusted shareholder earnings between 1.4 billion and 1.5 billion euros, and said its medium-term objectives for 2028 remain unchanged.
