Watts Water Technologies IncData center cooling demand drove revenue beat and raised TAM to $2 billion.

Watts Water Technologies reported second-quarter revenue of $763.2 million, beating analyst estimates of $727.3 million and growing 18.6% year over year, driven by strong demand for data center cooling solutions. Adjusted EPS came in at $3.66 versus estimates of $3.34, while organic revenue rose 12% year over year. CEO Robert Pagano said the total addressable market for data center cooling doubled to $2 billion with the inclusion of Europe and new global opportunities, and highlighted the launch of Cool Vault thermal storage tanks as a major driver. Management noted continued softness in residential and nonresidential construction markets, but said recent price actions should keep margins steady despite inflation. The company also cited operational discipline and supply chain management in response to Middle East conflict and tariffs as key contributors to the quarter's results.
