WP Energy Public Company Limited, or WP, reported the results of its share repurchase for financial management on 18 August 2026. The company bought back 4,600,000 shares through the stock exchange at a maximum price of 3.88 baht per share and a minimum price of 3.76 baht per share, for a total value of 17,625,678 baht. This brings the cumulative number of shares repurchased under the programme to date to 5,300,000 shares, or 1.04 percent of paid-up shares, with a total repurchase value of 20,267,260 baht. The buyback programme was approved by the company's board of directors on 25 June 2026, with a maximum of 15,000,000 shares, or 2.94 percent of paid-up shares, and is scheduled to end on 31 December 2026.
