The company distributes LPG cylinders to household, automobile, industrial and commercial, and auto gas station sectors, and provides butane gas cartridges and specialized LPG cylinders for forklift trucks. It also transports oil, gas, and chemical substances, operates a gas station, offers repair and maintenance services for gas cylinders, produces and distributes electricity, leases vehicle transportation of gas, and provides solar service solutions, maintenance, and logistics services. WP Energy Public Company Limited was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

TSE posts 80 million baht half-year profit, pushes into health business and clean energy auctions

TSE reported a half-year profit of 80 million baht on total revenue of more than 646 million baht. The company plans to move into the health sector, such as fertility technology clinics, or IVF, to add new revenue streams. WP pushes into rooftop solar as state offers 50,000 baht per household

WP Energy is pressing ahead with its rooftop solar expansion, targeting growth of no less than 10 megawatts in 2026, amid a government policy that is preparing to support household rooftop solar installations with a subsidy of 50,000 baht per household, covering a target of up to 1.5 million households, representing total support of roughly 75 billion baht. The state is also preparing to coordinate with state financial institutions, namely the Government Savings Bank, the Government Housing Bank, and the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, to provide credit support to the public, along with a plan to allow households to sell electricity back into the system, which will shift the role of rooftop solar installers from electricity users to small-scale power producers that can generate income. WP reports buyback of 4.6 million shares worth 17.6 million baht

The company bought back 4,600,000 shares through the stock exchange at a maximum price of 3.88 baht per share and a minimum price of 3.76 baht per share, for a total value of 17,625,678 baht.
