XPeng reported delivering 39,107 vehicles in August 2026, a 4% year-over-year increase and a 2.84% gain month over month. During the month, the company launched the XPENG G9L in mainland China on August 11 and secured a permit in Guangzhou for remote testing of intelligent connected vehicles, allowing driverless road trials without an onboard safety operator on designated test roads. XPeng also estimates that its electric vehicles delivered from January through August 2026 will reduce lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions by over 3.72 million tons compared to internal combustion engine vehicles, equivalent to the carbon absorbed by 61.6 million young trees over a decade.
