XWELL has appointed Gerard Reid to its board of directors, effective immediately. Reid is internationally recognized as a leading advisor on energy, technology, infrastructure and capital markets, and currently serves on the leadership team of the Energy Transition Forum. He is also co-founder and co-host of the Redefining Energy podcast. The company also announced that Ezra Ernst has resigned as a director to focus on his role as president and CEO, a position he will continue to hold.
