Yijiahe announced the appointment of Lin Feng as the company's board secretary. Lin Feng previously served as an investment director in the integrated institutional business department at CICC Wealth Management Securities. He joined Yijiahe in May 2026 as an assistant president and took over as board secretary after only about three months. Prior to this appointment, the board secretary position at Yijiahe had been vacant for approximately four months, during which time the duties were temporarily handled by Chief Financial Officer Wang Lijie and then by Chairman Zhu Fuyun. The company stated that Lin Feng is familiar with securities laws and regulations and has obtained the board secretary qualification training certificate from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
