Yijiahe's 2026 interim report shows revenue down nearly 60%, loss widens to 127 million yuan

Yijiahe released its 2026 interim report. Affected by the market environment and slower-than-expected delivery progress on some projects, both revenue and profit fell sharply. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 111 million yuan, down 58.67% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was negative 127 million yuan, a significant widening from the loss of 20 million yuan in the same period last year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was negative 131 million yuan. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 22 million yuan, with the scale of net outflow expanding slightly. Total assets at the end of the period were 2.579 billion yuan, down 17.70% from the end of the previous year, mainly due to a decrease in monetary funds and the maturity of notes receivable. The power industry, as a traditional area of strength, saw revenue from robot products and related services shrink substantially due to the pace of grid investment and project acceptance progress, becoming the main reason for the decline in revenue. Administrative expenses rose sharply by 29.48% year on year to 64.47 million yuan, while financial expenses surged more than 113 times due to increased exchange losses and reduced financing income. After the controlling subsidiary Ninghe Intelligence brought in new investors, the company's shareholding fell to 45.9% and it was no longer included in the consolidated financial statements.

Yijiahe to Showcase Full-Scenario Intelligent Inspection Solutions for Power Generation at 2026 Power Industry Digitalization Conference

Yijiahe will exhibit its full-scenario intelligent inspection solutions for power generation at the 2026 Power Industry Digitalization Conference in Zhuhai from August 26 to 27, showcasing four products: the OE200 complex-environment inspection robot, the D200 inspection and operation integrated robot, the S1300 indoor rapid inspection robot, and the A200 indoor intelligent inspection robot, covering core operation and maintenance scenarios such as booster stations, substations, boiler rooms, and turbine halls at power plants. The company's 2026 semi-annual report released on the evening of August 21 shows that it continues to deepen its robot plus industry strategic layout, using the coordinated development of its AI large model platform and embodied intelligence platform as a technical focus to strengthen core competitiveness in electric power, commercial cleaning, and new energy. In the core power and energy track, Yijiahe is advancing from single inspection to intelligent operations in depth. Its outdoor live-line working robot has completed functional expansions including removing foreign objects from lines, stripping wires, and restoring insulation. Its quadruped inspection robot is advancing research and development of collaborative operation functions. Its indoor drone inspection system has completed a technical iteration and added a visible-light and infrared dual-spectrum imaging system, and has been piloted in multiple locations. On the technology foundation side, the company focuses on the generalization and understanding capabilities of its AI large model platform and deep adaptation to vertical industries, building an embodied intelligence platform. It develops multimodal sensors covering vision and touch as well as dexterous operation hardware, and won second place overall in the official REAL-TSE real-scenario speech extraction challenge at IEEE SLT 2026, ranking first in two key indicators: target speaker time localization and identity preservation. As of the end of June 2026, the company had 515 authorized patents, including 185 invention patents, and 159 software copyrights. In multi-track layout, its commercial cleaning robot business has achieved delivery in more than 20 countries worldwide. The J36 cleaning robot launched in March 2026 further enriches its indoor product line. Its smart shared charging system has been put into operation in 15 cities including Suzhou, Beijing, and Shanghai. In the embodied intelligence field, it is laying out intelligent health and elderly care through Lindong Technology, and related products have entered field testing in hospitals and nursing homes.

Huawei Cloud and Yijiahe Sign Embodied Intelligent Robot Cooperation Memorandum

Huawei Cloud and Yijiahe have signed a cooperation memorandum on the Cloud Robo embodied intelligent robot. The two parties will carry out joint product development and coordinated sales. According to the memorandum, Yijiahe will provide product design and manufacturing capabilities for scenarios such as electric power and health and elderly care, while Huawei Cloud will offer platform-based large and small brain product capabilities and collaborate with its electric power business unit on scenario-based solution planning and design, jointly promoting the deployment of embodied intelligent robot products in commercial scenarios. Huawei Cloud's Cloud Robo is the world's first one-stop full-process embodied intelligent development platform, which began public testing on June 30. It can achieve closed-loop algorithms for automated data governance, model training, cloud-edge-device collaboration, and autonomous task planning, significantly shortening the research and development cycle and improving overall operational precision and scenario adaptability. Industry analysts point out that this cooperation replicates the Seres model in the embodied intelligence track, with the core logic being complementary advantages. Yijiahe focuses on building reliable physical bodies, while Huawei Cloud, leveraging its powerful computing power and models, provides a development platform and large and small brain algorithm technologies, from end-to-end development to bridging the last mile of platform deployment, accelerating the commercial rollout of embodied intelligent robots.
