NVIDIA CorporationArticle discusses AI bottlenecks including memory costs and supply constraints affecting Nvidia's pricing and capacity, but impact is mixed as it highlights both challenges and potential pricing power.

Yorkville America CEO Steve Neamtz says the most important constraints on the AI buildout are emerging beyond chips, pointing to memory and power, critical minerals, and construction labor ahead of Nvidia's earnings report Wednesday. He told Benzinga that compute has scaled faster than the memory, storage, and power layer can keep up, and noted some Nvidia customers have reportedly been told prices for some AI servers will rise more than 15% largely because of soaring memory costs. Neamtz also cited estimates that AI data centers could require about 3% of today's global rare-earth demand by 2030, and that the construction industry needs an estimated 349,000 additional U.S. workers in 2026. Wall Street expects Nvidia to report revenue of about $92.2 billion, nearly double last year's figure, and Neamtz said he will listen for whether lead times and capacity shortages are easing or tightening.
