GAON CABLE Co., Ltd. is a South Korean cable company that provides industrial power cables. Its product range includes extra-high voltage cables, overhead transmission and distribution lines, medium- and low-voltage power cables, control and fire protection cables, and industrial specialty cables such as marine and offshore cables. The company also offers telecom cables, including LAN, optical communication products, and other communication cables, as well as solar, wind, ESS battery, and audio cables, intelligent wiring solutions, and integral pipeline systems. Its products serve power network, building/home, plant, railway, port/airport, wind farm, marine/offshore, and broadband communication applications. Formerly known as Kukje Electric Wire Co., Ltd., it changed its name to GAON CABLE Co., Ltd. in September 2004. Founded in 1947, it is headquartered in Anyang-Si, South Korea.
