Jinyuan EP Co., Ltd. operates in the environmental protection and new energy materials businesses in China. It provides hazardous solid waste harmless disposal and resource utilization services for waste-generating enterprises. The company is also involved in mining and refining upstream lithium ore from salt lake brine to produce lithium compounds, including refined lithium carbonate and industrial lithium. Formerly known as Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Jinyuan EP Co., Ltd. in May 2018, was founded in 1992, and is based in Hangzhou, China.

Jinyuan Shares Expects First-Half 2026 Loss of 150 Million to 250 Million Yuan

Jinyuan Shares has disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to the parent company of 150 million to 250 million yuan for the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of 49.5969 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is also expected to be 150 million to 250 million yuan, versus a loss of 143 million yuan a year earlier. The company said the significant change in performance was mainly due to fluctuations in non-recurring gains and losses. Non-recurring gains and losses attributable to the parent company were 93.86 million yuan in the same period last year, while such gains are smaller in the current period.
