Net cash flow from operating activities was 59.81 million yuan, down 91.12 percent year on year. Basic earnings per share were negative 0.0302 yuan, and the weighted average return on equity was negative 2.01 percent.

Xinneng Taishan announced that Vice General Manager Yang Hanyan, Vice General Manager Luo Peng, Chief Accountant Guo Ruiheng, and Vice General Manager and Board Secretary Yin Jianing have resigned due to job changes, with the resignations taking effect upon delivery of resignation letters to the board.
