Meili Cloud released its semi-annual report for 2026. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 32.7907 million yuan, up 64.90% year on year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was 25.0706 million yuan, up 32.85% year on year. Basic earnings per share were 0.05 yuan, up 66.67% year on year. Net cash flow from operating activities improved significantly by 83.87% year on year, while net cash flow from financing activities surged 551.81% year on year. Cloud business revenue reached 160 million yuan, accounting for 92.56% of total operating revenue, with a gross margin of 43.40%. Photovoltaic power generation revenue was 12.4644 million yuan, up 20.87% year on year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.26 yuan per 10 shares, before tax, to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 695 million shares, totaling approximately 18.0768 million yuan, representing 91.40% of current distributable profit.
