Layn Natural Ingredients first-half net profit 56.5432 million yuan, up 48.37% year on year

Layn Natural Ingredients disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on August 29. In the first half, it achieved total operating revenue of 873 million yuan, up 4.35% year on year; net profit attributable to the parent company was 56.5432 million yuan, up 48.37% year on year; net profit after deducting non-recurring items was 45.1916 million yuan, up 34.13% year on year; and net cash flow from operating activities was 432 million yuan, up 46.54% year on year. Basic earnings per share were 0.0778 yuan, and the weighted average return on equity was 1.79%, up 0.56 percentage points year on year. The company is mainly engaged in the production and operation of natural health products, focusing on the research, development and production of natural health functional ingredients. As of the end of the first half, the book value of inventory was 1.099 billion yuan, accounting for 35.3% of net assets, a decrease of 218 million yuan from the end of the previous year.

Layn Natural Ingredients issued a performance forecast, expecting net profit attributable to the parent in the first half of 2026 to be in the range of 49.543 million yuan to 60.976 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30% to 60%. The company said the performance growth was mainly due to continuously improving product quality, enhancing customer stickiness, and driving steady year-on-year growth in operating revenue. At the same time, it continuously optimized its product mix, and the comprehensive gross margin recovered to some extent compared with the same period last year. The growth in revenue and improvement in gross margin jointly drove relatively high performance growth.
