CETC Cyberspace Security Technology disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on August 27. In the first half, it achieved total operating revenue of 469 million yuan, down 4.04 percent year on year. Net loss attributable to the parent company was 171 million yuan, compared with a loss of 174 million yuan in the same period last year, narrowing the loss by 2.66 million yuan year on year. Net loss after deducting non-recurring items was 179 million yuan, compared with a loss of 186 million yuan a year earlier. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 413 million yuan, compared with negative 80.64 million yuan in the same period last year. Basic loss per share was 0.2022 yuan, and the weighted average return on net assets was negative 3.07 percent. The company is committed to building itself into a data intelligence security service provider centered on cryptography, offering security products and integrated solutions to users in government and party affairs, military industry, finance, energy, transportation, healthcare, and telecommunications.

CETC Cyberspace Security Technology released its 2026 interim report on August 26. Net operating cash flow was negative 413 million yuan, with the net outflow expanding 412.57 percent year on year, mainly due to increased procurement and stockpiling. The closing inventory balance reached 766 million yuan, up 78.65 percent from the beginning of the period, and its share of total assets rose to 10.87 percent. In terms of business structure, cybersecurity business revenue was 242 million yuan, accounting for 51.73 percent, with a gross margin of 19.52 percent, down 11.18 percentage points year on year. Cryptography business revenue was 225 million yuan, accounting for 48.12 percent, with a gross margin of 54.81 percent, serving as the main profit support. Data security business revenue was only 684,100 yuan, down 96.13 percent year on year. Regionally, revenue in the southwest region grew 40.48 percent year on year, while revenue in the north China region fell 47.59 percent year on year. The company maintained research and development investment of 175 million yuan, laying out new directions such as quantum-resistant cryptography, satellite internet security, and artificial intelligence, but the new businesses are still in the incubation stage.
