The third meeting of the eighth board of directors of Hunan Boyun New Materials Company Limited reviewed and approved multiple senior executive appointment proposals, appointing Feng Zhirong as President, Chen Cai, Xu Wenhou, and Wang Zi as Vice Presidents, Chen Cai concurrently as Board Secretary, Yan Qi as Chief Financial Officer, and Zhang Aili as Securities Affairs Representative. The terms of the above personnel run from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the eighth board's term. Due to the expiration of their terms, He Guoxin and Zeng Guanghui no longer serve as Vice Presidents and will continue to hold other positions in the company.
