Xinzhu Shares Expects First-Half 2026 Loss of 94 Million to 111 Million Yuan

Xinzhu Shares disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of 94 million to 111 million yuan for the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of 67.7102 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be 98 million to 115 million yuan, compared with a loss of 115 million yuan a year earlier. The company stated that the change in performance was mainly due to the recognition of investment income of 38 million yuan from the transfer of a 60 percent stake in Sichuan Development Xingxin Vanadium Energy Technology Company in the same period last year, leading to a year-on-year decline in investment income for the current period. However, the net loss after deducting non-recurring items narrowed compared with the same period last year, indicating that operational improvement measures are gradually taking effect. The company's main businesses are rail transit operations, bridge functional components, and photovoltaic power generation.
