Der Future expects a loss of 17 million to 25 million yuan in the first half of 2026

Der Future disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting operating revenue in the first half of 2026 to fall 27 percent year on year, with a net loss attributable to the parent company of 17 million to 25 million yuan, compared with a loss of 57.131 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be 30 million to 45 million yuan, compared with a loss of 50.4954 million yuan a year earlier. The company said the change in performance was mainly affected by declining consumer demand in the home furnishing market, intensified industry competition, and a reduction in the scale of real estate projects. The company adjusted its engineering business structure, leading to a decrease in order volume, while continuing to advance its contraction strategy in the custom home furnishing segment, disposing of idle capacity and shutting down inefficient factories. Period expenses during the period fell about 27 percent from the same period last year, and non-recurring gains and losses are expected to have an impact of about 16 million yuan on net profit, mainly from wealth management income and the reversal of individually assessed impairment provisions.
