Lisheng Sports H1 non-GAAP net profit 16.49 million yuan, up over 40% year on year

Lisheng Sports released its 2026 interim report on the evening of August 28. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 262 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 16.02 million yuan, up 4.53% year on year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was 16.49 million yuan, up 46.45% year on year. Both net profit attributable to the parent and non-GAAP net profit hit five-year highs for the same period. In the second quarter alone, net profit attributable to the parent rose 12.43% year on year, while non-GAAP net profit surged 76.41% year on year, showing significant results from event operations. In the first half, the company's sports event operation business generated revenue of 202 million yuan, up 5.08% year on year, accounting for 76.95% of total revenue. It operated 46 international, Asian-level, national and regional sports events, including 30 motorsport events and 16 golf events. By region, domestic revenue was 150 million yuan, accounting for 57.26%, while overseas revenue was 112 million yuan, accounting for 42.74%. In the motorsport segment, the influence of the CTCC China Touring Car Championship and the China GT Championship continued to rise, and the company launched in-depth cooperation with Xiaomi. The 2026 Formula E event, operated exclusively by the company for the third consecutive year as an international event, further consolidated its leading position in China's automotive sports operation track. In golf events, since becoming the exclusive official operating and promotion agency of the China Tour in April 2025, the company has completed official partner signings with multiple brands for the 2026 new season, including Langjiu, Rugo, Malbon, Mustamaze, Titleist, Callaway, Zeiss Eyewear, Kuaijishan Lanting, SpikeGO and Bama Centennial. The company said it will continue to improve professional event operation, promote deep integration of events with commerce, cultural tourism and automotive consumption scenarios, and expand its domestic and overseas event business layout.
