Zhenbang Intelligent's first-half net profit falls 68.45% year on year; plans dividend of 1 yuan per 10 shares
Zhenbang Intelligent disclosed its 2026 half-year report. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 719 million yuan, up 11.02% year on year, but net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 16.7153 million yuan, down 68.45% year on year, with basic earnings per share of 0.12 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1 yuan, tax included, for every 10 shares. The decline in net profit was mainly due to increased exchange losses caused by exchange rate fluctuations, as well as pressure on overall gross margin from rapidly rising raw material prices and cost-reduction pressure transmitted from downstream customers.
