GeneOne Life Science, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company that researches, develops, and contract-manufactures nucleic acid-based biopharmaceuticals. Its pipeline includes small molecules such as GLS-1027 in Phase I for nephropathy and inflammatory diseases, GLS-1200 in Phase II for rhinosinusitis, and GLS-1027 and GLS-1200 in Phase II for COVID-19. Its nucleic acid vaccines include GLS-3000 mRNA under feasibility study, GLS-5310 DNA in Phase II for SARS-CoV-2, GLS-5100 in pre-clinical stage for herpes zoster prevention, and GLS-5140 in pre-clinical stage for SFTS prophylaxis. Formerly known as VGX International Inc., it changed its name to GeneOne Life Science, Inc. in April 2014. Founded in 1976, it is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
