China Resources and Transportation Group Limited is an investment holding company that operates toll expressways in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. It operates through three segments: Expressway Operations, CNG Gas Stations Operations, and Other Operations. The Expressway Operations segment handles the operation, management, maintenance, and auxiliary facility investment of Zhunxing Expressway. The CNG Gas Stations Operations segment operates compressed natural gas stations. The Other Operations segment includes the sale of timber logs, seedlings, refined plant oil, forage, and agricultural products; electricity supply from solar power stations; investment and asset management; timber logging; tree plantation services; and the sale of furniture and handicrafts, as well as the construction and operation of petrol and gas stations. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
