China Zenith Chemical Group Limited is an investment holding company that manufactures and sells calcium carbide and agricultural chemical products in the People's Republic of China. It also produces and sells vinyl acetate and polyvinyl chloride, provides administrative and consultancy services, and manufactures and sells mining products. The company was formerly known as Xinyang Maojian Group Limited and changed its name to China Zenith Chemical Group Limited in April 2022. Founded in 1992, it is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
