Fine Semitech Corp. develops and supplies products to the semiconductor and FPD industries in South Korea and internationally. It operates through three segments: Materials, Equipment, and Semiconductor Distribution. The company offers semiconductor and FPD pellicles, chillers, temperature and humidity controllers, and distributes sensor semiconductors, LEDs, microcontrollers, and other electronic products. It also provides after-sales and technical support services. Formerly known as FST Inc., it changed its name to Fine Semitech Corp. in March 2007. Founded in 1987, it is headquartered in Hwaseong-si, South Korea.
