It operates through the Jewelry Business and Energy Business segments, manufacturing and selling solar module intelligent technology products as well as refined oil and liquefied natural gas. Formerly known as Zhong Fa Zhan Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Central Development Holdings Limited in October 2019. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the company is a subsidiary of Resources Rich Capital Limited.
