Its activities include trading and processing recyclable oil and biodiesel, trading waste construction materials, plastic recycling and metal scrap materials, providing construction material and plastic processing services, holding freehold land, and trading iron ore. The company was formerly known as China Nan Feng Group Ltd, was incorporated in 1997, and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
