eQ Plc reports strong fundraising and capital returns in first half of 2026

eQ Plc reported net revenue of EUR 29.6 million and operating profit of EUR 11.6 million for the first half of 2026, with strong fundraising and capital returns in its Private Equity funds. The Asset Management segment raised nearly EUR 300 million for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, including EUR 162 million for the eQ PE XVIII North fund and EUR 62 million for the eQ PE SF VI secondary fund, while returning nearly EUR 200 million to investors. Assets under management rose to EUR 14.3 billion from EUR 13.8 billion at the end of 2025. The company also completed a EUR 915 million refinancing for its eQ Social Infrastructure and eQ Commercial Properties funds on more favorable terms, and eQ Social Infrastructure became the first Nordic real estate fund to receive a Moody’s Baa3 credit rating with a stable outlook. The Corporate Finance segment, operating as Advium, completed two assignments and reported net revenue of EUR 0.9 million.

Ensimmäisessä ilmoituksessa kerrotaan, että 30. kesäkuuta 2026 tehtiin neljä kauppaa, yhteensä 81 osaketta keskihintaan 9,83852 euroa. Seuraavana päivänä, 1. heinäkuuta, toteutettiin kuusi kauppaa, joissa hankittiin 1 480 osaketta 9,84 euron kappalehintaan.
